An estate sale involves selling most or all of a person’s belongings, typically after a major life event such as:

Unlike a typical garage or yard sale, estate sales are conducted inside the home or through an online auction, and include a wide variety of items. This can range from common household goods to antiques, furniture, collectibles, jewelry, and artwork. The goal is to liquidate the majority of your possessions in a short period of time.

Once our experienced team has looked over your estate, you will be presented with several options.

Option 1

We agree on a price to outright purchase your estate. Depending on the size of your estate our team will need 1-3 days to run an estate sale and at the end we will have our clean-out team remove everything that did not sell. Everything you want removed will be taken from the property for a fee.

Option 2

We come in and run the estate sale for you. You don’t need to do a thing. We organize, advertise, and run the sale. It’s that easy. When it’s over, the clean-out team comes in and removes anything you want gone that was not purchased for a fee.

Option 3

There are times when the majority of the items in an estate are not valuable in the current market. If there are a few high value items that are in the home, then we will consign them to sell in our auction house. Our clean-out team can remove what needs to be taken out of the estate for a fee.
