We are licensed real estate agents with Century 21 and can sell or rent your property.
We are also licensed auctioneers and if you are looking to sell your property quickly, we
can usually do this within 30 days. We offer a free real estate agent appraisal to figure
out the value of your property after doing a market analysis and seeing the condition.
We work with a great team of contractors, so if your property needs work we can also
manage that. We do this in order to make sure you can maximize your potential
earnings, while sitting back and letting us handle all the work.
We also work with many real estate and probate attorneys that we can refer you to if
needed.

INITIAL CONVERSATION
We need to learn more about the property and what you are looking to do.
MARKEY ANALYSIS
We have access to MLS and can do a full market analysis on your properties current
market value.
SELL, RENT OR AUCTION
We will ask you what you want to do, and then you will be presented with 3 options.
ESTATE SALE
We are a full service estate sale company and if your property has valuable items in it,
we will run an estate sale to get you the most money possible.
CLEAN-OUT / REPAIRS
If your property is filled with junk we will get it removed. If it needs repairs, we will get
them fixed.
ADVERTISE
We will advertise your property so that it is featured on every major website.
OPEN HOUSE
We will hold open houses to show your property and encourage as many offers as
possible.
UNDER AGREEMENT
We will go through all offers that you receive and present you with our
recommendations. Then we will get the property under agreement and the P&S signed!
GET YOU PAID!
The best and final part. The property will either close or will be rented out and you will
receive payment.
