We are fully bonded and licensed auctioneers and can hold an auction for any type of item you are looking to sell. We can also hold charity auctions. We have an auction house based on the north shore of Boston and we are always accepting consignments.
These are the steps taken for us to conduct an auction:

If we are interested, we will present you with a plan based on what we believe the value of your property to be. We also factor in the amount of work needed in order to conduct an auction, and determine what percentage we will charge.
Your auction will be advertised in many different ways and to our existing mailing list. It is our mutual goal to draw as much activity as possible to the auction.
The items will be sorted and itemized by our team, and a detailed record will be made of exactly what is being auctioned. They will be photographed and displayed on our auction website in a way that will draw the most interest.
We will conduct the auction online. When the auction is over there is a scheduled day that people come to pick up their purchases.
When the auction is over and all items have been paid for, you will receive payment within 10 days.
Our team will look over the items and either accept them for our next online auction or give the item back to you if we don’t think they will sell.
If we are interested, we will present you with a written agreement on the standard percentage split, and we will add the items into our next auction.
Your item will be advertised in many different areas and to our existing mailing list. Our goals are aligned to make sure we get as many bids as possible.
We will conduct an auction online with many other items including yours. You will receive a link to the auction so you can watch it live and see what your item sells for.
When the auction is over and all items have been paid for, you will receive payment within 10 days.
